The Journal of Sharia Fundamentals for Specialized Researches is published quarterly, it is designed for whoever researcher seeking welfare that is based on knowledge. It seeks to provide a platform for the excellent researchers to present and consider the values and themes of various religious and social sciences acquired by learning and practice. It aimed at becoming a meeting point and channel for researchers to publish their innovative works, with regard to the interpretation of Islamic Sharia sciences and its regulations and the enhancing of social sciences to become adequate programs that serve the human and society in a significant and neutral way.

Our mission is to maintain the efforts of researchers and their innovative works in Islamic Sharia sciences known for its human civilizational value, through which we can spread awareness among people and ensure respect and strength of Islamic identity in different scientific, cultural, and social environments.

Therefore, this journal is designed to serve as a platform to identify the various religious and social dimensions of knowledge, such as considering the Holy Quran as the foremost and fundamental source of Islamic rules followed by the Sunah (biography of the Prophet Mohammed Peace and Blessings be Upon Him) that explains and clarifies the Holy Quran, along with its affiliated Sharia studies on the individual and society, such as studies concerned with Ijtihad which focuses on the studying of modern issues and finding solutions to them.



THE EDUCATION ROLE IN DEVELOPING THE CITIZENSHIP VALUES AMONG (10-12) GRADES STUDENTS IN THE PROVINCE OF NORTH BATINAH SULTANATE OF OMAN

This quantitative study discusses the role of civic education in developing the belonging and responsibilities of citizenship values among students in grades 10-12 in the governorate of North Batinah in the Sultanate of Oman. Studies have indicated that achieving the concept of proper citizenship is linked to achieving comprehensive security for citizens at all levels and problems, and that belonging is an important requirement to build good citizenship and achieve intellectual security among high school students. TheInternet affects the cognitive structure of children and the formation of their positive and negative attitudes towards individuals and society. The lack of parents’ awareness in the immunization of children intellectually and building the right citizenship, affects the lives of students and raise them in the mental, intellectual and social aspects. The study aims at identifying the reality of educational practices to develop the values ​​of belonging and responsibilities of citizenship, the extent to which students are aware of the values ​​of belonging and responsibilities of citizenship, and the recognition of the reality of educational practices to develop the values ​​of belonging and responsibilities of citizenship. The study was conducted on a random sample of (162) principals and teachers, and also (355) students. The study used a questionnaire for principals and teachers, and a test-oriented position for students. The findings revealed that the values ​​of belonging and loyalty are high among the students, and that the family has a great role in developing the values ​​of belonging and responsibilities of citizenship.
